01Useful in practice
We judge an idea or a tool by what it helps someone do. A class should offer something worth trying. An AI tool should help move a real task forward.
LONED brings live learning, AI coaches and AI employees together to help people build skills, do useful work and make more room for life.
What we believe
A good idea matters when it changes something you can do: asking a better question, handling a difficult conversation, or finishing a task that has been waiting all week.
AI is changing how we learn and work. We believe its value should show up in everyday life: more room to think, better support when you need it, and more control over how you spend your time.
Technology should give people more ability, more choice and more time.
What if LONED could help with the rest of your working day, too?
We began with live business education. What I want to build now goes further. Learning, practising and getting work done happen in the same day, so the tools should work together.
I want someone to leave a class with a useful idea, have a place to practise it, and get help with the work around it. That is why AI coaches and AI employees belong alongside live learning. The name is still LONED. Our ambition now reaches across more of your professional life.

A good live session gives you access to someone’s experience. You can bring a question, explain your situation and ask a follow-up. Other people in the room bring perspectives you would not have thought to ask for.
AI coaches give you space to practise between sessions. Rehearse a sales conversation, speak another language, or work through an idea until you can use it yourself. Recordings remain useful for revisiting an explanation. Each format has a job.

Bring a problem to a class. Try a different approach in a practice session. Then use it in a real conversation or decision. What happens next gives you something specific to work on.
Some days, the most useful help is getting a job done. Our AI employees are tools with a defined role, such as LONED CMO for marketing work. They can help you investigate, organise and prepare work, while you bring the context and decide what to use.
We are bringing learning and working tools together in LONED Workplace. We are also developing ways to work through everyday tasks by voice, including preparing email replies. As new tools become ready, our aim is to make them part of the same digital membership.

Our roots are in live business education, with experts such as Philip Kotler and Seth Godin. That experience continues to shape LONED: people come with different questions, and a useful conversation often starts where the prepared presentation ends.
The community we want to build includes founders, managers, independent professionals and teachers. There should be room to share a difficult problem, question an assumption and learn from someone whose working life looks different from yours.
LONED+ brings together the digital side of LONED: live online learning, AI coaches, AI employees and AI support for teaching. It gives these different parts a shared home as we continue to develop the platform.
Teachers belong in this picture too. Our teaching platform is designed to support live classes and the work around them, so teachers can spend more attention on the people learning from them. The membership page shows the courses and tools available today.
Meeting in person makes room for a different kind of conversation. Our events bring people together to hear from experienced speakers, meet peers and spend time beyond their usual working circle.
In-person events are sold separately, with discounts for LONED+ members. They sit alongside the digital membership as another way to learn, exchange ideas and make connections.

We bring together human experience, opportunities to practise and useful AI tools. Our purpose is to help people build skills, use their judgment and get work done, with more time for the parts of life that matter to them.
01We judge an idea or a tool by what it helps someone do. A class should offer something worth trying. An AI tool should help move a real task forward.
02Experience, curiosity and conversation matter. We make room for teachers and peers to share what they know, ask difficult questions and learn from one another.
03AI can offer suggestions, prepare work and challenge an idea. You bring the context and decide what to use. We want people to grow more capable and confident in those decisions.
04We aim for clear offers, straightforward tools and fewer unnecessary steps. Learning and work should leave room for a life beyond the screen.
